Our in-depth knowledge of the mobile and fixed line telephony markets is combined with extensive experience of the wider telecoms industry and infrastructure. All of which enables us to provide the very best service for our customers at all times. By acting as a conduit between our customers and their mobile or fixed line network and solution suppliers, we provide a single point of contact for every aspect of the services we deliver.

We operate from a dedicated data centre, sales office and helpdesk in the City of London. Every solution we implement is defined, installed and managed to strict SLAs, and the proof of our success is demonstrated in our most recent customer support survey findings. When rated on issues such as resolution time, quality of communication and level of engineering expertise we received an overall satisfaction score of 8.9 out of 10.
